ARCASIA Heritage Preservation Group (AHPG) – Webinars Series
AHPG is a working group formed under ACSR responsible on tangible and intangible heritage related works. AHPG recruited expertises from each member institutes to start with the preservation of tangible heritage. Three topics have been decided by the AHPG team to be shared through webinars by all member institutes. The topics are : –
- Topic A will collect examples on Adoptive Reuse through conservation.
- Topic B will expect the sharing of knowledge on conservation techniques and guidelines in practice.
- Topic C will expect the sharing of experiences on preservation of historic urban landscape of each country.
Upon the completion of each topic, an electronic publication will be organized to summarize the presentations from the institutes. By the end of the completion of all topics, all of the presentations will be published as a book for each member institutes retention.
The Webinars 1 & 2 were successfully completed for Topic A in 2022. The rest will be proceed in 2023.
