On 24 October, the third OBCC 2026-27 meeting was held at Kingswell Hotel, Shanghai, China. The meeting brought together Office Bearers and Committee Chairs to review the recent work of OBCC and discuss upcoming tasks. It provided an opportunity for members to exchange views on ARCASIA’s ongoing initiatives and priorities.
As the first OBCC meeting after the 46th Council Meeting, the gathering served to summarize, follow up and close the loop on matters left pending. In particular, the ARCASIA flag handover—originally planned to be done during the 23rd Forum—was successfully carried out here, formally passing the responsibility from IIA to IAP and bringing the handover process to a complete and satisfactory conclusion. With the flag now duly handed over, the gathering marked both a fitting close to the Forum 23 cycle and a formal handover point for the continued preparation of ACA 22.
